When it goes well, your client won't remember the driver. They'll remember who sold them the trip, and they'll book the next one with you.
Everything on the ground, one contact
One brief in. One person from KM on the file, first transfer to last. In practice:
- Licensed private guides, city by city
- Private vehicles with English-speaking drivers, sized to the party
- Accommodation held and coordinated against your brief and budget band
- Boats and private water transfers on Como, Garda, the Venetian lagoon and the Amalfi coast
- Restaurant tables, museum and monument entry, and timed-entry tickets
- Airport meet-and-greet and inter-city transfers
- A single point of contact for the whole file, not one per supplier
Your client stays yours. We never sell to your traveller. If they call us during a trip you booked, they're still yours.
From brief to booked
- You send the brief. Dates, travellers, rooming, route, a budget per person, and one line on what your client cares about. A rough idea is fine.
- We get in touch. A real person reads it and goes through it with you. We ask the two or three questions that change the plan.
- You get the ground plan. Every vehicle, guide, hotel, boat and table, costed, in writing.
- You sell it. We run it. Under your name, with one person from KM on your file.
No application. No onboarding fee.

We work in English and Italian. A couple's private day and a group departure get the same standard. The range is wide. The standard is the same at both ends.

Where we operate
Our base is Milan. That location is the reason for our specialism: the northern lakes, the Alps, Piedmont wine country and the Swiss border are all inside a comfortable day’s radius, and so are Milan’s own airports.
We also run cross-border legs into Switzerland, France and Austria, plus multi-day itinerary legs into the Dolomites, Venice, Piedmont and beyond. Multi-country alpine itineraries are hard to source from a single operator, and they are a large part of what we are asked for.
Net rates, your price, your margin
You receive net rates and set your own selling price. We publish no retail price that could undercut you, and nothing is added between quote and invoice. Rates go out on request, per region, never on a public page your client could find.

Per-person cost falls as party size rises, because the vehicle and the guide are fixed costs spread across the group. Single occupancy is the largest single swing on any multi-day quote. Deposits run at 20–30% to confirm, balance on delivery.

A brief we can quote against contains: travel dates, number of travellers and rooming basis, arrival and departure points, budget band per person, and one line on what the traveller actually cares about. That last line changes the itinerary more than the budget does.
Invoicing, VAT and paperwork
We invoice business to business. For operators outside Italy, EU reverse charge normally applies: your invoice comes without Italian VAT and you account for it under your own regime.

Flights stay with you. We take over at the arrivals hall.
